Description

RUPES Quarz Gloss Medium Gel Compound is a moderately abrasive water-based compound designed to be used in conjunction with long-throw free-spinning dual action polishers. It works by employing precision-milled aluminium oxide particles to cut away a thin layer of paint. As a result, it is able to remove deeper paint defects, including fine scratches, light oxidation and brush-inflicted swirl marks. Unlike many cutting compounds, it also finishes down well to give a sharp, high gloss finish that needs only very minor refining with a finishing polish afterwards. Long-lasting lubricants maximise its working time, while its filler-free formula ensures that defect removal is permanent rather than temporary.
